Delivery Times

The average delivery time within Italy is 4-6 business days from the date of the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). However, this may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or strikes. For EU and non-EU countries, the average delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Courier: Poste Italiane

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding national holidays, and are sent to the address specified at the time of the order.

When placing your order, it is very important to provide a valid phone number and email address to allow the courier to make any necessary contact and optimize the delivery process. If the recipient is absent, the service ensures two automatic delivery attempts.

Shipping Costs

The following shipping costs apply:

• Italy: Shipping costs €9.00 across the entire country for orders up to €100. For purchases over €100, shipping is free. These rates apply exclusively within Italy.
• EU Countries: Shipping costs €30.
• Non-EU Countries: Shipping costs vary and are calculated by our customer service team, who will provide the information to the customer via email or phone.

Right of Withdrawal

If the customer is an individual purchasing for personal use and not for work or professional purposes, they have the right to withdraw (i.e., cancel) the purchase agreements within 14 days from the date of receiving the products. This right is provided by the Consumer Code, which implements European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, effective as of June 14, 2014.
