SHIPPING METHODS
Average shipping times in Italy are 4-6 working days from order date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), but these may vary due to ‘force majeure’ such as weather conditions or strikes. For countries inside and outside the EU, average times are 5 to 10 working days.

ITALIAN POSTAL SERVICES
Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Friday during normal office hours, excluding national bank holidays. The products will be delivered to the address specified at the time of order.
At the time of purchase, it is extremely important to give a current telephone number and e-mail address to enable the courier to contact you and optimise delivery procedures.
In case of absence or non-delivery at the first attempt, the service ensures a redelivery attempt on the next working day.

SHIPPING COSTS
www.pomidumbria.it applies the following shipment costs:
Italy - Shipment cost EUR 9,00 throughout Italy for orders up to EUR 150,00. For purchases over EUR 150,00, shipment is free of charge.
These tariffs are valid exclusively in Italy.
For EU countries - shipment costs are EUR 30,00.
Shipment costs via courier for the area outside the EU vary and are calculated by our customer service department that will notify the customer via e-mail or telephone.
If the customer is an individual purchasing for personal use and not for business or professional purposes, he/she has the right to withdraw (i.e., cancel) Sale and Purchase Agreements within 14 days from the date he/she received the Products. This right is established by the Consumer Code, which implements Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament on consumer rights, which came into force on June 14, 2014.
